## Visiting this website

We use no cookies, no analytics tools and no fonts loaded from third parties on this website. To see which contact options are used, we count clicks on the consultation button, phone, WhatsApp, email and booking links as well as sent contact forms: only the type of click, the page and the date, without IP address, browser data, cookies or identifiers, so no conclusion about individual visitors is possible. For secure operation, our server briefly logs technical request data (IP address, time, requested page, browser). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep logs for a maximum of 14 days.

## Contact form and email

We use the data you enter in the form (name, email, optionally company, phone, message) only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible proposal. Legal basis: consent and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep the data for a maximum of 2 years after your enquiry is closed, or, if a contract is concluded, for the statutory retention period.

## Hosting

Our website and emails run on servers of a hosting provider within the EU, under a data processing agreement.

## Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with any EU data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state where you live or work, for example the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu).

## WhatsApp

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) processes your message and phone number under its own privacy policy. This website does not load any WhatsApp script; the button is a plain link that only opens when you click it. We use your WhatsApp message only to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
